Covid-19
Managing the risk
The safety and well-being of our staff and clients has always been our priority, and so we, like everyone else, had to adapt in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
In all areas of the business, our staff adopted new working practices, to keep themselves and others safe and to ensure compliance with the Government instructions for ‘Working Safely during Covid-19’.
The government rules may have been removed, but as a business we are still doing everything we can to minimise the risk of Covid and other infectious illnesses being spread in any of our workplaces.
Hygienic Environments
We have continued with enhanced cleaning regimes in our showrooms, offices, and factories so that staff and visitors can be assured of a clean place to work or conduct business.
Health Screening
Our Code of Conduct includes a clear instruction to all our staff not to visit clients or attend work if they become ill or have any Covid symptoms. Modern hybrid working practices make this much easier with office and design staff set up to work from home.
We would ask you to do the same and not to go ahead with a design visit, survey or installation if you or any member of your household has or is suspected of having Covid.
Our Showrooms
Our showrooms are spacious, airy places where people are very unlikely to feel ‘crowded’. However, we respect that some individuals still feel anxious in public spaces and so we have face masks on hand and available for visitors and staff.
If you would prefer our staff to wear face masks while you are in the showroom, please feel free to ask them to do this. Your Designer will also be able to suggest a time for you to come in when the showroom is likely to be quiet.
Working Together
With a little extra time and care we can all stay safe while achieving something truly special in the heart of your home – a living working kitchen for you to enjoy for many years to come.
